    Damn it, they did it… and it works. I was not convinced yet that analytics was useful, but thanks to session recording I can now get qualitative data within Piwik. I am impressed about how fast the videos can load and how precise session recording is… very useful.

    I had been waiting for this feature a long time as I heard good things about it. It is my first time actually using it and I love it. Only shortly after creating the first heatmap we were directly able to identify improvements for our website. Replaying entire sessions in a video gives us a much better feeling of our audience and how they move and navigate around our website. This is a huge benefit to optimize our site that we couldn’t imagine.

    Heatmaps helps us to gauge the success of our layouts across multiple device types. We can set up the heatmap and let it run for days to capture thousands of samples. Great tool. 

    Session recordings lets us view our customers journey through our site, their roadblocks and challenges as well as where we do well. There is simply no better way to visualize your customers journey.
